1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the USA & Canada who are 18+ or older at the time of entry. Employees of Blair & Jack, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on February 18, 2025 at 11am PT and ends on March 18, 2025 at 11:59pm PT. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. 1. Take a photo related to razor burn/ bumps.
2. 2. Submit their photo via form submission.
3. 3. Ensure their profile is public (if applicable) so entries can be verified.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Any attempt to enter multiple times using different accounts or methods will result in disqualification.

4. Photo Usage Rights & Permissions

By submitting a photo, participants agree to the following:

• •You grant Blair & Jack a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display their submitted photos for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• •You affirm that they own the rights to the submitted photo and have obtained any necessary permissions for any identifiable individuals in the image.
• •You understand that no compensation will be provided for the use of their photo.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random. Winners will be notified via email within 2 days of the giveaway closing. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize

Two months supply of Blair & Jack Anti-Bump Treatment. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

• • Blair & Jack reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
